Guest Relations & Marketing Assistant

Experience:

• Must have at least five (5) years experience in a same or similar position.
• Must have experience with the management of social media and review websites like Trip Advisor
• Hotel School qualification, or similar, will be an advantage.

Skills, abilities and responsibilities:

• Organize and implement events in relation to guests and staff requirements.
• Maintenance of guest database for direct marketing purposes.
• Assist with execution of marketing duties as specified.
• Monitor and manage all social media and review websites i.e Trip Advisor
• Ensure guest satisfaction through monitoring the needs during and after visits.
• Organize and implement events in relation to guests and staff requirements.
• Must be well-organized and have strong administrative skills
• Must have strong customer relations and communication skills
• Must be computer literate
• Must be familiar with general office duties such as filing and copying
• Must be able to communicate with managers on all levels
• Must be able to maintain set standards
• Must be able to work over weekends as per business demands
• Must be able to work under pressure
• Must be able to work independently and effectively in a team
• Must have own transport and driver’s license
