Accounts Assistant
Must have experience in the hospitality industry in a similar position.
Must have Creditors and Debtors background.
Relevant accounting qualifications an advantage
Accounting experience up to Trial balance an advantage
Must have sound knowledge of Pastel accounting system.

Demi Chef de Partie
At least 5 years’ experience in the same or similar position (i.e. Commis Chef for at least 3 years and 2 years as a Demi CDP) within a five or four star hotel (excluding any intern or student positions)
Must have hotel experience.
City and Guilds qualification or something similar
Must have a strong cooking background and have a creative flair in all aspects of food preparation
Must be strong in hygiene control and safety procedures in the kitchen
Must be familiar with the costing and control of food and relevant stock
Must have a good timekeeping record

Sales Executive
Responsible for all sales activities, from lead generation through to close within designated market segment
Develops and implements agreed upon Sales Plan to achieve the Groups revenue budget
Works within the sales and support teams for the achievement of customer satisfaction, revenue generation, and long-term account goals in line with company vision and values

Responsible for sales from businesses within the designated market segment. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Servicing of Existing clients
Workshops & product training
Contracting of clients
Identifying new clients and securing G&C and transient business
Converting G&C enquiries
Proactively targeting previous G&C bookings and lapsed accounts
Identifying and capitalizing on new trends
Arranging and conducting Hotel / Group site inspections and recording the ROI

Wedding Sales Consultant
This position is ideal for someone who wants to have a job where you get to serve clients who are planning for the happiest day in their lives! The wedding sales consultant must be assertive while maintaining the diplomacy of a good negotiator and will be responsible for increasing the Hotel’s revenues in the wedding business. The position wioll work closely with other sales staff and the management team to facilitate conversion of sales and will be heavily focused on prospecting business in all wedding market segments through our enquiries and wedding exhibition leads

Must have 5 or more years of wedding sales and planning experience in similar wedding establishments and will an Event management certificate/diploma will be na advantage

Must have strong negotiating skills and comfortable ‘asking’ for business
Must be Proficient in MS Office Word and Excel programs
Must have experience with POS booking management system is an asset
Must have proven knowledge and savvy with social media
