Excecutive ChefQualifications:
Relevant, formal Chef qualification/s
Must have a minimum of 12-15 years as an Executive Chef in a 4 or 5 star Hotel.
Must have worked their way up through the ranks: Commis Chef, Demi CDP, CDP, Senior CDP, Sous Chef and Executive Chef

Key Responsibilities, Skills & Abilities:
Responsible for all culinary activities for the restaurant and hotel.
Oversee all activity in the kitchen, plan menus, oversee product purchasing and manage culinary budget.
Responsible for the smooth running of the kitchen and manage areas of profit, stock, wastage control, hygiene practices and training within the kitchen.
Responsible for the consistent preparation of innovative and creative cuisine of the highest quality, presentation and flavour for the dining rooms, banquets and other food facilities, resulting in outstanding guest satisfaction.

Front Office Manager
• Tertiary hotel management qualification
• Must have at least three years experience in a five star establishment;
• Must have experience and knowledge of all aspects re: Front of house and Housekeeping;
• Must be familiar with the Apex system or something similar;

Key Responsibilities, Skills & Abilities:
• Must be able to supervise and control all Front of House and Housekeeping areas to the standards as prescribed by the company.
• Complete key administrative duties and compile all statistics and reports related to this position.
• Ensure that all credit control procedures are followed.
• Prepare and submit budgetary information as and when required
• Ensure stock take is completed correctly in the Housekeeping department.
• Enforce and necessary disciplinary action according to the company policies.
• Responsible for the Health & Safety in the Rooms Division and participate in the Committee meetings.
• Must have a good knowledge of disciplinary procedures;
• Must have strong people and communications skills;
• Must be computer literate.
• Must have experience with Health & Safety
