Assistant Front Office Manager

The Fairway Hotel, Spa & Golf Resort

• Must have at least three years’ experience in the same or similar position at a 4 or 5 star hotel.
• Tertiary qualification at hotel school or something similar.

Skills & Abilities:
• Must have strong administrative and managerial skills.
• Must have experience in and knowledge of all policies and procedures related to Front Office management.
• Must have sound knowledge of disciplinary policies and procedures.
• Must have strong people and communications skills.
• Must have strong supervisory skills
• Must be computer literate and must be familiar with Apex front of house system or a similar related system.
• Must be able to assist in the management and control of all aspects in front office.
• Must be able to assist in management and training of the front office staff.
• Must be proficient in English!
