Experience as a banqueting waiter

to compile the relevant reports and deal with the relevant suppliers
Must have good leadership skills and be able to deal with all levels of staff

Must have good communication skills.
Must be at the forefront of ensuring the standard of the Culinary product
in quality and presentation of food and that it is innovative and sets new
trends in the industry
Must be visible to guests over meals and food samplings and be able to
communicate professionally, meeting or exceeding guest expectations
Must be able to effectively manage hygiene and cleaning plan for
the Kitchen and Staff canteen, offering corrective action and measures to
the external Food Safe Hygiene audit report whilst maintaining and
rectifying any failing standards from OHS reports
